1. What TARA is

TARA is an AI tool for self-reflection and personal growth, created by Tarannum of Enlightenment (trading as The Awakening Method). It is not a therapist, medical service, or crisis service, and it does not provide diagnosis or treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to use TARA.

3. Acceptable use

Use TARA for your own genuine reflection. Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service; do not impersonate anyone else or provide false information; and do not use TARA for anything illegal or to generate harmful content.

4. AI-generated content

TARA's responses are generated by AI. They can be incomplete, imperfect, or occasionally wrong, and are offered for reflection only — never as professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

5. Accounts, data, and deletion

We store your conversation and contact details as described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your data at any time — see the Privacy Policy for how.

6. Paid programs and bookings

If you subscribe to TARA's paid monthly plan, or book a session or program through The Awakening Method, that subscription or booking is billed through Razorpay or PayPal. You can cancel a subscription at any time before your next billing date by contacting tarannum.siddiqui@gmail.com or using the payment provider's own cancellation tools. Amounts already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

7. Limitation of liability

TARA is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarannum and Enlightenment are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of TARA. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will change when we do, and your continued use of TARA after an update means you accept the revised terms.
